What is mAh? What's the difference between batteries?
Milli ampere hours (mAh) is a unit of electric charge measuring steady current. The different values of mAh state how long the battery will last when fully charged. So the higher the mAh, the longer your camera’s battery will last until you have to charge it again. The physical size and dimensions of the battery remain unchanged.

Who provides the warranty on my order?
Items that have warranties listed on the package are provided by the manufacturer. Additionally, we provide the warranty for the length of time stated on the product details page of the item you ordered. We will replace any defective or worn-out items within the stated length of time. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, so just give us a call and let us know how we can help you.

Why does the product I received say ‘Made in China’ if the website says it is from Japan?
Most of our batteries, when stated on our website, are designed in Japan where the cells are made; however, the casing is manufactured and assembled in China. This is usually stated on the back of the battery. Regardless of the origin, the warranty we provide is still applicable and we will be happy to help you with any issue you may have.
