How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping and handling fees are based on the number of items you order and the total weight of your purchase. You can see the estimated tax and shipping for your order during the Cart or Checkout pages by entering your postal code.

When will my order ship? From where?
Standard orders usually ship from our location within 2 business days.
Our packages ship from La Verne, CA, which is in Los Angeles County.

How can I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which includes tracking information. Please follow the link provided to find out where your package is.
You can also view your Order History to track packages and review past orders.

How will my order be shipped?
The majority of orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service.

Do you ship internationally or to APOs?
Yes, we do. Please be sure to enter your address correctly so that your package is not delayed.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax will only be charged if we are shipping to you in California. Since we are located in Los Angeles County, the tax will amount to our local tax rate and will be based on your total purchase, including products and shipping.
