How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping and handling fees are based on the number of items you order and which type of delivery method you choose.

Overnight* shipping is a flat rate of $29.99 for most items. We also have FedEx 2-day delivery available.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders placed online are sent via U.S. Postal Service.
Overnight delivery is shipped using USPS Express Mail and may be a 2-day delivery to some locations.
If you place your order by phone, you may request FedEx 2-Day Shipping.


When will my order ship? From where?
Our packages will ship from Los Angeles County, CA.
Standard orders usually ship from our location within 2 business days.

Priority orders will ship on the same day they are ordered if they are placed Monday - Friday before 4:00pm PST.
Priority orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship on the following business day.

Overnight orders will ship on the same day if they are placed Monday - Friday before 2:00pm PST.
